The brand new Greensboro Aquatic Center (GAC) is a state-of-the-art facility featuring leading edge concepts in aquatic design. The GAC is located on the campus of the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, the premier sports and entertainment facility in the Southeast.

 Comp Pool:  Closed to public, meet use only

Dive Well: Available May 19 7:00-8:30am only, closed Sunday

 Rec Pool: Lanes available regular hours

Summer Schedule

Running June 11 to August 11 the following changes will be implemented for our summer schedule:

·         The Competition pool will be set to 50m lap swimming (long course)seven days a week

·         The Dive well and Recreation pool will be open for 25yd swimming from 7a-7p      (subject to availability)

Summer Hours

Competition Pool/ General Facility:  Open 6am-8pm Monday-Friday, 7am-7pm Saturday, and 10:30am-5pm Sunday

Recreation Pool/ Dive Well: Open 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday, 10:30am-5pm Sunday 

The GAC brings together all major aquatic sports – competitive swimming and diving, water polo, synchronized swimming and other unique sports all in one venue. The GAC fully meets NCAA and FINA standards and offers Greensboro the opportunity to host high school and collegiate events, USA Swimming meets, Master's swimming and U.S. Water Polo events as well as a myriad of local, regional, national and international competitions.

Among the GAC's many features:

• 3 bodies of water - competition pool, warm-up pool and diving well 
• 2,500 seating capacity
