PUDDLE DUCKS
A Parent and Child Class for Ages 6 months - 1 years old
This is a class where a parent or caregiver is in the water with their child (1 adult per child). This class is designed to introduce the child to the aquatic environment, teaches water safety practicies, and to have fun.
Cost $56.00, Offered 10:00am - 10:30am or 4:00pm - 4:30pm
Children wearing diapers need to be in swim diapers. Regular diapers are not allowed.
Kastaway, our facility swim store does sell
these for $8, they are washable and come in different sizes.
MUD PUPPIES
A Parent and Child Class for Ages 1year - 5 years
This is a class where a parent or caregiver is in the water with their child (1 adult per child). The class is designed to help parents learn how to get their children ready for swim lessons, teaches water safety practicies, and to enjoy the aquatic environment.
Cost $56.00, Offered 10:45am - 11:15am or 4:45pm-5:15pm

SAND DOLLARS
Ages 3- under 6 years old
This is a Preschool level 1 class for children who are not confident with putting their face in the water and submerging their head underwater. This class is designed to help children become comfortable in the water so that they can be prepared to start floating in the next level of class.
Cost $56.00, Offered 11:30am - 12:00pm or 5:30pm-6:00pm
SEA OTTERS
Ages 3-under 6 years old
This is a Preschool Level 2 class for children who are comfortable in the water and can fully submerge their head underwater. This class will teach children how to over come their fear of floating in the water, submerging to the bottom, and they will start to swim with help.
Cost $56.00, Offered 10:45am - 11:15am or 4:45pm - 5:15pm
STINGRAYS
Ages 3-under 6 years of old
This is a Preschool Level 3 class for children who are still working on floating on their front and back, and need a little assistance. This class will teach children how the water holds them up and children will learn to move in the water with their face in. By the end of the class, children should be able to float on their own and swim by themsleves with help breathing.
Cost $56.00, Offered 11:30am - 12:00pm or 5:30pm - 6:00pm
BARRACUDAS
Ages 6- under 13 years old
This is a level 1 class for children who do not have any experience with water skills who may be fearful or hesitant in the water. This class is designed to help older children become comfortable in the water so that they can learn to float in next level.
Cost $64.00, Offered 9:15am - 10:00am or 4:00pm - 4:45pm
BLUE MARLINS
Ages 4 - under 13 years old
This is a level 2 class for children who are not afraid to put their face in the water and can fully submerge their head underwater comfortably. This class is designed to help older children learn how to float on their front with their face in the water and float on ther backs for 15 seconds.
Cost $64.00, Offered 10:15am - 11:00am or 5:00pm - 5:45pm
DOLPHINS
Ages 4-under 13 years old
This is a level 3 course for children can roll from their front to back, float on their front for 5 seconds, their back for at least 15 seconds, and can swim 5 body lengths of pool with assistance. Children will learn: the coordination of breathing and swimming, basic freestyle, treading water, rotary breathing, and learning the diving progressions.

ORCAS
Ages 4-under 13 years old
This is a level 4 course for children who can jump in deep water, swim 15 yards, float on their back, tread water for 30 seconds, and swim on their back 15 yards. The class is designed to refine the freestyle and rotary breathing, teach the very basics of competitive strokes and two lifesaving strokes, start learning the turns and finish learning how to dive off the side.

SWIM TEAM READINESS
Ages 6-under 13 Years old
This is a level 5/6 course for children who can dive in the water, swim 25 yards of freestyle with rotary breathing, turn on the wall, swim 25 yards backstroke, swim 15 yards breastsroke, and swim the butterfly for 15 yards. The class is designed to get children ready for swim teams. Children will learn how to swim all the competitive strokes' legally and proficiently; dive off the starting blocks and attain proficiency at open and flip turns.

ADULT BEGINNERS CLASS
Ages 13+
This class will work on getting acquainted with the water, learning to float, and swim skills according to the participant's goals.
Cost $64.00, Offered 9:45am - 10:30am or 6:15pm - 7:00pm
ADULT STROKE CLINIC CLASS
Ages 18 +
This class is for adults that can swim independently and would like to improve their strokes for lap swimming or competition.
Cost $64.00, Offered 11:15am - 12:00pm or 6:00pm - 6:45pm
AMERICAN RED CROSS WATER SAFETY INSTRUCTORS COURSE
In this course, you will be trained to instruct American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety programs by developing your understanding on how to use course materials, how to conduct training sessions, and how to evaluate participants' progress. You must: be at least 16 years of age, swim 25 yards of the Front Crawl (Freestyle), 25 yards of the Back Crawl (backstroke), 25 yards of Breaststroke, 25 yards of Butterfly, 25 yards of the Sidesetroke, 25 yards of Elementary Backstroke, float on your back for one minute, and tread water for one minute.

INTRO TO DIVING
Ages 9-12, Beginner level
Must be able to swim 25 yards to enroll. A beginner level course designed to increase awareness of the sport of diving, safety issues pertaining to competitive and recreational diving, competition formats, and history and evolution of the sport and scoring systems. Students will be introduced to fundamental skill progressions leading to basic dives.

Participants will learn proficiency in swimming, biking, running, and proper techniques to compete in triathlons.

SHALLOW WATER EXERCISE
Beginner Shallow Water Exercise
A low-level, low-intensity, shallow-water exercise class. Activities include water walking, aerobic exercise to build cardiovascular endurance, and range-of-motion exercises. This is an on-going class and no registration is required.

Water walking and conditioning
Did you know walking in water provides 12X the resistance of walking on land? This class will focus on water walking, jogging, and running to combine body conditioning with cardio. Appropriate for all fitness and swim levels.
$5 public, members free

SHALLOW WATER EXERCISE
Moderate-High Intensity-Shallow Water
All-over body toning and cardiovascular workout. Since each participant works at their own pace, this class is great for beginners to advanced fitness levels. This is an on-going class and no registration is required.

DEEP WATER EXERCISE
Moderate-High Intensity -Deep Water
No swimming skills required, float belts are worn. All-over toning and cardiovascular program held in deep water with float belts. A great upper body workout with low impact to joints.
