  The Greensboro Aquatic Center (GAC) is a state-of-the-art facility featuring leading edge concepts in aquatic design. The GAC is located on the campus of the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, the premier sports and entertainment facility in the Southeast. 

The GAC brings together all major aquatic sports – competitive swimming and diving, water polo, synchronized swimming and other unique sports all in one venue. The GAC fully meets NCAA and FINA standards and offers Greensboro the opportunity to host high school and collegiate events, USA Swimming meets, Master's swimming and U.S. Water Polo events as well as a myriad of local, regional, national and international competitions.

The GAC is not just for competitions, it's a community pool open to the public and members for all year swimming and recreation.  In addition to open swimming, the GAC offers swim lessons, water exercise, local swim teams, and we are continuously adding public programs.  The GAC offers daily admission passes and several different levels of membership.  Daily admission and membership information can be found on the membership tab of our website.

Among the GAC's many features:

• 3 bodies of water - competition pool, warm-up pool and diving well

 ***PLEASE NOTE:  ALL FUTURE CHANGES TO LANE/ SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY WILL BE LISTED UNDER THE NEWS TAB OF THE WEBSITE***

 Use of the pools MAY be interrupted by the exclusive use of the GAC to host major meets and the facility would be closed to regular users. We will provide complimentary passes to our monthly and yearly members for missed days in the event ALL pools are unavailable due to these circumstances. We will continue to provide as much notice as possible for such events.  Schedule alteration notices can be found under the News tab and a calendar of events can be found under Calendar on this website.
